At Knotted Gold, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a 30-day free return policy on eligible items.

1. 30-Day Free Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify:

• Contact us at mismoonbnie@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition.

• All original packaging, tags, parts, and accessories must be included.

• Provide your order number and reason for return.

• We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for approved returns. Return shipping is free.

• Returns must be shipped within 14 days after we provide the return label.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.

• Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

• We refund the item price and applicable sales tax.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.

• No restocking fee is charged for eligible returns.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not returnable unless defective or sent in error:

• Custom or personalized items

• Digital downloads / PDF patterns

• Gift cards

• Final sale or clearance items

• Used, damaged, altered, or incomplete items

• Hygiene-sensitive items that have been opened or used

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at mismoonbnie@outlook.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping.

5. How to Start a Return

• The item(s) you want to return

• The reason for return

We will send you return instructions and a prepaid label. Unless the label says otherwise, ship returns to:

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under California law or other applicable consumer laws. If any part of this policy is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect.
